1. About These Platform Terms

These Terms govern access to and use of SureLig's public website and other SureLig-operated digital interfaces that link to them. Paid services are additionally governed by the applicable Service Order, Terms & Conditions and linked policies.

2. Platform Operator

The website is operated by SureLig Assurance Private Limited, CIN U68200UW2026PTC257731, registered office at Partapur, Meerut - 250103, Uttar Pradesh, India.

3. Using the Website

  • Use the website only for lawful property-service, support or information purposes.
  • Provide accurate information when creating an enquiry or service request.
  • Use only an authority you are entitled to use.
  • Report suspected unauthorised access promptly.

4. Accounts & Access

If account/dashboard features are introduced, access may depend on verified identity, role, authority and selected service. SureLig may apply reasonable session, access and security controls and may restrict access for security, misuse, conflict, legal or compliance reasons.

5. Electronic Communications & Acceptance

SureLig may use electronic records for enquiries, Service Orders, acknowledgements, declarations, notices, invoices and case updates where the chosen process permits. Electronic use does not replace stamping, registration, witnessing, attestation or another legal formality where required.

6. Document Submission

The public enquiry form does not request property-document uploads. When a controlled document channel is provided for an active case, submit only relevant lawful material, preserve originals where required, and do not knowingly submit fabricated, unlawfully altered, malicious or misleading material. A digital copy is not automatically treated as an original, certified copy or independently authenticated record.

7. Property Information & Digital Results

Website information, checklists, status indicators and case outputs must be read in the context of the identified property, selected scope, information reviewed and relevant cut-off date. A digital result does not replace the official authority record/decision where one is required.

8. Prohibited Use

  • Unauthorised access to another account, case, system, document or data.
  • Impersonation, identity misuse or false authority.
  • Malware, automated abuse or disruption.
  • Scraping or bulk extraction that bypasses access controls or law.
  • Fabricating, concealing, backdating or manipulating a property document, payment record or case history.
  • Altering a material SureLig report and presenting it as the original.
  • Falsely claiming government, court, bank, professional or regulatory endorsement.
  • Harassment, threats, fraud or another unlawful purpose.

9. Links, Integrations & Third-Party Services

The website may link to government portals, banks, payment providers, e-sign/document services, maps, communications tools, professional services or other external systems. External services are governed by their own operator, availability, security and terms. A link or coordination step does not make SureLig that authority/provider.

10. Website Availability & Changes

SureLig may maintain, update, secure or modify the website and temporarily limit a feature for maintenance, security, compliance or operational reasons. External dependencies may also affect availability.

11. Intellectual Property

SureLig's brand, original website content, visual design, workflow materials, templates and software elements are subject to applicable intellectual-property rights. Customer-owned documents remain subject to rights applicable to those documents. SureLig content may not be copied, republished, sold, reverse engineered or commercially exploited beyond lawful permitted use without appropriate authority.

12. User Content & Communications

You retain rights you lawfully hold in submitted documents/information. By submitting material for a SureLig service, you permit SureLig to process and share it to the extent reasonably required for that service, website operation, security, support and legal/compliance purposes, subject to the Privacy Policy and applicable law.

13. Website Security

  • Do not disclose OTPs, passwords or UPI PINs to anyone claiming to be SureLig.
  • Check unusual requests through an official SureLig channel.
  • Report suspected phishing, identity misuse or unauthorised document access promptly.

14. Website Content vs Professional Work

General website information explains SureLig's services/workflows. It does not itself constitute an advocate's legal opinion, valuation, engineering assessment, bank decision or authority determination. Specialised work is performed by the relevant professional or authorised provider as explained in the Role Disclosure.

15. Payments Through the Platform

If online payment is enabled, SureLig will identify the payment purpose and use the payment route actually deployed for the service.

  • SureLig service fees, property consideration and third-party/statutory charges are recorded according to their distinct purpose.
  • Payment processing may be performed by a bank or authorised payment provider under its own applicable process.
  • Do not rely on payment instructions received from an unverified personal number, account or message.
  • A fee attributable to work already performed may be treated as earned under the Service Order and Refund & Cancellation Policy.
  • Accepted refunds are processed within a reasonable period and any shorter period required by applicable law; bank/provider posting time may be additional.

16. Suspension or Termination of Digital Access

SureLig may restrict digital access where reasonably necessary because of security risk, unlawful use, material misuse, fabricated material, repeated unauthorised access attempts, abusive conduct, legal requirement or compliance concern. Active paid service status is recorded separately under applicable service documents.

17. Website Errors & Corrections

Report a material website, case-status or report-display error through the official support/grievance channel. SureLig may correct display, restore data from an appropriate record, issue clarification or take another suitable corrective action after review.

18. Responsibility

Responsibility for a website issue is assessed according to the feature involved, applicable service scope, user actions, security events, third-party dependencies, information available and applicable law. Nothing in these Terms removes a consumer right or legal remedy available under law.

19. Privacy

Personal and case information handled through the website is governed by the SureLig Privacy Policy/Notice and related collection notices.

20. Grievances & Support

For website, payment, privacy or service concerns, use the published Grievance & Customer Support channel and include the relevant Case ID/order reference where available.

21. Governing Law & Forums

These Terms are governed by applicable laws of India and do not override consumer, statutory, court or other jurisdiction available under applicable law.

22. Changes to These Terms

SureLig may update these Terms when the website, technology, services or applicable law changes. The current version shows its effective date/version. A material change requiring fresh acceptance will be presented through the appropriate service/digital flow.
