Can SureLig give a legal opinion?
Professional legal opinion, strategy, drafting and representation are performed by the engaged enrolled advocate. SureLig coordinates the case workflow around that legal work.
Can SureLig help after property fraud has already happened?
Yes, within the selected scope. SureLig may organise evidence, chronology, payments, communication, disputed points and available property material, and coordinate the relevant advocate/professional route.
Does every case need a valuer, CA, engineer or lawyer?
No. A specialist is involved only when the property facts and selected service require that specialist function.
Does CLEAR mean government-approved or guaranteed title?
No. CLEAR is a SureLig workflow status for the completed scope at that stage. It is not a government, court or bank determination and is not a guarantee against every future issue.
Do you cover all Uttar Pradesh?
The service coverage page lists all 75 Uttar Pradesh districts. Availability of a particular check still depends on property type, source access and selected scope.
Do you cover Delhi?
Yes. The coverage page includes Delhi (NCT) and the current 13 revenue areas/district structure.
Is every payment refundable?
No. Refund treatment depends on work started/completed, separable unused scope and committed third-party costs, subject to applicable law.
