DRAFT TERMS · VERSION 1.0

Commercial & Operating Terms

These website terms are a summary for review, not the final executed franchise agreement. The signed agreement and territory/fee schedule control.

1. Application and approval

An application is only a request for review. No franchise, territory, brand right or CRM account is created until SureLig confirms eligibility, territory, payment, signed documents and activation in writing.

2. One-time joining fee

PIN Code Franchise: ₹5,999. District Franchise: ₹19,999. State Franchise: ₹39,999. These are proposed one-time joining fees, exclusive of GST or other taxes where applicable. The final invoice and signed commercial schedule control. No monthly franchise royalty is charged under this model.

3. What the fee covers

The fee covers only the onboarding, limited brand licence, initial training, CRM access and support items specifically listed for the partner type in the signed agreement. Local office, staff, travel, statutory registration, RERA fees, government charges, paid advertising, external software and third-party expenses are separate unless expressly included in writing.

4. Refund and cancellation

A refund request will be reviewed under the signed agreement, the stage of delivery and applicable law. If SureLig rejects an application or cannot activate the approved partner after receiving payment, the amount paid for undelivered services will be refunded. Once the agreed brand licence, training, CRM access and onboarding deliverables have been provided, the joining fee may be non-refundable to the extent permitted by law. Any deduction must be disclosed, itemised and linked to services actually delivered or permitted costs. Nothing in these terms removes a consumer or statutory right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

5. No earnings or lead guarantee

SureLig does not promise a fixed income, minimum customer leads, sales, profit, business recovery period or success. Results depend on market demand, partner effort, service delivery, local compliance and other factors outside SureLig control.

6. Territory and hierarchy

Territory is limited to the State, District or PIN Code written in the approved territory schedule. State, District and PIN Code partners must follow the Company’s hierarchy and may not appoint sub-franchisees or collect franchise joining fees unless separately authorised in writing. Territory exclusivity is not automatic and applies only if it is expressly granted in the signed schedule.

7. Brand and intellectual property

The SureLig name, logo, website, CRM, designs, documents and brand materials remain the property of their lawful owner. The partner receives a limited, revocable, non-transferable licence for the approved term and territory. No ownership or trademark right is transferred.

8. Services and professional boundaries

The partner may only perform the non-reserved tasks approved in the operations manual. It must not hold itself out as an advocate, provide legal opinions, draft or certify legal opinions, appear in court or undertake regulated activity unless legally qualified and authorised. Independent advocates retain professional independence and are engaged separately. Brokerage, property dealing or real estate-agent activities are outside this franchise scope unless separately approved and all applicable registrations are held.

9. RERA and state compliance

Where an activity requires registration or permission under the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, State RERA rules or any other law, the responsible entity must obtain and maintain it before that activity begins. A SureLig franchise certificate does not replace a statutory registration.

10. CRM and customer data

Access is role-based. A partner may view only its own cases and permitted cases from its approved child partner network. It may not search, export, copy, disclose or use another territory’s customer data. Company administrators may access records for legitimate company operations, security, support, audit and legal compliance. All users must protect credentials and report suspected access incidents promptly.

11. Customer charges and payouts

The customer must receive a written service scope, deliverables, timeline and price before work starts. Partner service charges, any Company central processing charge, tax, government fee and independent professional fee must be itemised in the customer work order. No revenue split or processing charge is created by these general terms; it must be stated in the applicable commercial schedule before collection.

12. Payment rules

Franchise joining fees are paid only to the official bank account/payment channel shown on a SureLig invoice. The partner may not collect fees in a personal account or promise undocumented discounts. Government or third-party charges must be supported by receipts where available.

13. Quality and complaints

The partner must follow SureLig service checklists, keep accurate records, use approved communication, avoid misleading claims and cooperate with audits. Serious complaints, fraud, misuse of data, unauthorised legal practice or statutory non-compliance may lead to suspension or termination after the process stated in the signed agreement.

14. Term and termination

The term, renewal conditions, service levels, notices, cure period, termination events, handover and post-termination brand-removal steps will be set out in the executed State or District/PIN Code Agreement. On termination, CRM and brand access may be disabled and open client cases must be safely handed over.

15. Disputes and governing law

The final signed agreement will specify governing law, dispute resolution, seat/venue and competent courts, while preserving mandatory consumer and statutory remedies. The final contract must be reviewed for stamp duty and any registration requirements applicable in the relevant State.
