AMBER

An issue, clarification, additional evidence or corrective action is required before proceeding.

RED

A material adverse finding is identified; proceeding should be reconsidered and appropriate professional advice taken.

HOLD

The payment, registry or next material transaction step should not proceed until the stated issue is resolved and re-verified.
